It will maintain a reliable temperature between 39 to 43 degrees (perfect for great yoghurt) and enable you to make up to 2L of yoghurt at a time. Use the included PBA free 2 litre included container or any container/s that fit into the yoghurt maker to make batch after batch of perfect pot set or greek style yoghurt.

The natural yoghurt culture produces a stronger/more tangy flavoured yoghurt.
Contains lactobacillus bulgaricus, streptococcus thermophilus cultures & skim milk powder.
Probiotic Culture (ABC culture)
The probiotic yoghurt culture produces a milder flavoured yoghurt with greater health benefits.
Contains lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium, lactobacillus casei, streptococcus thermophilus cultures & skim milk powder.
Storage and life:
Store in freezer. Active for 12 months if kept in the freezer at or below -18 degrees C.
