Note that this is the venue for our courses. Thus, The Cheese Maker is not on-site outside of course times. 

ANNOUNCING NEW VENUE (JANUARY 2018 ONWARDS) - SWAN VALLEY CENTRAL

From January 2018 onwards, our regular courses are based at Shop 5, Swan Valley Central, 660 Great Northern Highway in Herne Hill. 

We are also pleased to announce that our cheese making cultures, rennet & calcium chloride are now available from Little Lamont's which is also at Swan Valley Central (Shop 7), open Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm and Sat 8am to 2pm.
